The report informs the Board of Directors about patient and carer experiences for the Trust • It summarises the full range of feedback received from service users, carers and staff over the previous six months about a specific service featured and any plans to address the main issues raised. • It  updates the Board of Directors on the action taken to address the main issues raised about the service featured in the Patient Voice report three months previously. Rad the report here
