How is Rampton High Secure Hospital responding to patient and carer feedback?

Each month, we produce a report for our Board of Directors which highlights what people are saying about a specific service or area within Nottinghamshire Healthcare. In July,  the report focussed on Rampton Hospital (a high secure hospital) and highlighted some of the work they are doing to improve patient experience.  The report provides some headlines about the Trust as a whole based on the feedback we've received in the last three months and an update on how Arnold Lodge (medium secure unit) have responded to the feedback presented in April's report. In addition, the report features some of the changes we have made as a result of stories and comments on Patient Opinion. The report can be seen here:
