Sharing our experience
In September 2015, we co-hosted a well-attended pop up university at the national NHS Health and Social Care Innovation Expo in Manchester with Patient Opinion.
The title of our session was ‘Open, Responsive and Online’ and we presented on the unique aspects of our online communication, culture and how we share the changes made by our services as a result of feedback. Gregg Murray (Junior Matron, Wells Road Centre) and Jules Ford (Involvement Volunteer) presented alongside us.
