How are our Adult Mental Health Services addressing patient, family and carer feedback?

Each month, we produce a report for our Board of Directors which highlights what people are saying about a specific service or area within Nottinghamshire Healthcare. In May,  the report focussed on Adult Mental Health Services and highlighted some of the work they are doing to improve patient experience.  The report provides some headlines about the Trust as a whole based on the feedback we've received in the last three months and an update on how Mental Health Services for Older People have responded to the feedback presented in February's report. In addition, the report features some of the changes we have made as a result of stories and comments on Patient Opinion. The report can be seen here: http://feedback.nottinghamshirehealthcare.nhs.uk/sites/default/files/news-item-files/Patient%20Voice%20report%20for%20Board%20-%20May%202016.pdf
