Improving patient involvement in care at Arnold Lodge

03/07/2014 by Paul Sanguinazzi

Patients had raised the issue of wanting more involvement in their care. The service has made several improvements so that people are more involved in their care. They have:-   involved patients in the development and delivery of treatment groups to other patients-   provided support to ensure patients can complete a personal recovery plan and the ‘My Shared Pathway’ documentation-   involved patients in the development of advanced directives where they are required-   involved patients in the Care Programme Approach process
