Shorter waiting times for continence advice

The continence advisory service has applied some improvement science methodology to review their pathway to ensure they are a more clinically productive service. This means that the clinical team have more capacity to spend with their patients and for those being referred into the service they will notice they will not have to wait as long for their first assessment.  This was launched throughout May.

The continence advisory service in Mid Notts is now also part of the integrated teams to enable a seamless service offer to our service users irrespective of the level of clinical need, we will navigate the patients to the right service to enable right service and intervention first time.
