How are our Community Specialist Services responding to patient and carer feedback?

26/07/2016 by Paul Sanguinazzi

Each month, we produce a report for our Board of Directors which highlights what people are saying about a specific service or area within Nottinghamshire Healthcare. In June,  the report focussed on Community Specialist Health Services and highlighted some of the work they are doing to improve patient experience.  The report provides some headlines about the Trust as a whole based on the feedback we've received in the last three months and an update on how community health services in South Nottinghmshire have responded to the feedback presented in April's report. In addition, the report features some of the changes we have made as a result of stories and comments on Patient Opinion.  Our Community Specialist Services are made up of the following services:·

  • Podiatry and Podiatric Surgery·
  • Adult Speech and Language Therapy·
  • Nutrition and Dietetic Services·
  • Dental Services·
  • Paediatric Speech and Language·
  • Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy·
  • Specialist Community Children’s Nursing
